I’m the Founder of Wotter, but I am first and foremost a data pragmatist.
My work exists at the intersection of human capital and commercial performance. I sit on the Digital & Data Skills Advisory Panel for the Sussex and Surrey Institute of Technology, helping shape the future of data literacy, and serve as an Industry Expert for Evoke Forward, where I mentor CEOs on solving people-related P&L challenges, and have keynoted at Cambridge University on behalf of Mensa.
But whether I am advising the Board of the Chichester Chamber of Commerce or a tech scale-up, my message remains consistent:
Culture is not a ‘feeling’ to be managed—it is a commercial asset to be measured.
